Refund policy
We accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY. You must contact us and items must be returned within 10 days of delivery. Shipping charges are at the buyers expense and will not be included in store credit on returns. Items must be in new condition and unworn. Items showing any signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
WE ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING THE RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS.
A LIL BOUGIE Reserves the right to refuse returns on a case by case basis.
ALL SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.
These are fragile and handmade pieces. Please DO NOT ship them unprotected. Please DO NOT send them in a regular bag or envelope. These returns WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Items MUST be in the original padded boxes that they were initially shipped in.
Our goal is to assure every customer is satisfied and pleased your purchase. Please contact us if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase upon arrival.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Please contact us through email at alilbougie2024@gmail.com with your name, the item purchased and the reason for your return. Return process must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
Place your return in the original padded jewelry box that was included in your order. Returns will not be excepted if not returned in this box.
Assure that there is a piece of paper with your full name and phone number included in the return package. This is to assure that I can contact you with the instructions to access your store credit return.
Take the padded box to the post office and here you can purchase a padded envelope to send it back in. As well as pay for postage.
